NOTICE: LAX Station Service Update
Dear Business Partner,
Over the past couple of weeks, we have had some unforeseen backlogs in LA due to a recent restructure we did in the facility. Our changes were initially approved by CBP prior to making them, but we were then forced by CBP to make additional changes after the restructure was completed.
These changes have caused a disruption that we are working through, and we feel confident that the actions we are taking will get us back on track. Our customers should start to see normal recovery and devan times come back next week.
We apologize for any inconvenience and frustration that these delays have caused to our customers. STG remains highly committed to providing exceptional service throughout the US and we have a solid plan to restore consistent service back to our LAX operation.
