STG warehouses offer a range of storage temperatures to accommodate diverse product needs:
- Ambient temperatures: The warehouse’s natural temperature, suitable for dry products not requiring specific preservation conditions
- Air-conditioned temperatures: Maintained between 65 and 68 degrees Fahrenheit, ideal for products sensitive to temperature extremes.
- Refrigerated temperatures: Kept between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, sittable for products requiring cooler storage without freezing options.
An AIB-certified facility in food grade and temperature control refers to a facility that has been certified by the American Institute of Baking (AIB). The AIB International is a food safety and consulting organization that sets industry standards for food handling, storage and distribution.
